Overview

Come join the Customer Success organization in Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). We are looking for a Business Operations Manager that can help shape the SBSEG Customer Success strategy, drive organizational alignment and enable growth by bringing operational rigor to our strategic planning process and programs. The SBSEG Customer Success team partners with executive leadership and teams across the company to drive planning processes, ensure successful execution of top priorities, and manage special projects critical to Intuit's long-term growth plans. In this newly formed role, you will operate in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional initiatives and deploying high-impact, strategic programs.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience in strategic/analytical roles with at least 2+ years in business operations or similar role
• Experience managing or coordinating complex projects and/or programs
• Can lead and support; coordinating tasks as well as driving to completion
• Passion for technology, with the ability to think analytically including modeling problems and presenting information
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Communicates equally well with senior leaders, front-line employees and cross-functional groups, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• High proficiency with online project management & collaboration tools, especially SmartSheets, Atlassian, and Google Docs, and can help teach & train teams on how to use them
• Willing to travel 10% of the time to work directly with distributed team members

How you will lead

• Support Intuit's Big Bet #5, disrupting the the small business mid market by partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop our strategy, including goals and outcome metrics (KPIs)
• Coordinate regular business reviews to discuss goal progress; build content, ensure governance, quality control, and facilitate meetings with senior leadership
• Drive communication on strategic planning across SBSEG Customer Success and broader stakeholder teams
• Conduct data-driven analysis on our planning and operations results to drive changes in process and outcomes over time, aiming to deliver outsized value for our internal teams and customers
• Create frameworks/standards for repeatable processes
• Drive operating rything and rigor for large scale, cross-functional initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality
